Team “Davidson” Float Entry: The world comes to Rock City to Celebrate 150 Years

Concept - thoecratic, political and royal heads of state and other iconic pop culture VIPs will ride in procession in floats and cars and on foot in honor of Rock City's sesquicentennial.

Challenge - designing a pope-mobile (refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popemobile)
Maybe we can just mount a dunk tank to a pick up truck?
Bigger Challenge - borrowing a real Bentley for our Queen to ride in

Keep in mind that post-mortem personas are allowed; however, George W Bush, Brittany Spears and Hanna Montana are officially banned.
